8. Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices for services and or products listed on our website are either based on a one-time / monthly / yearly payment, made in advance and do not include TVA/VAT/Sales Tax. Prices for our other services are communicated through individual quotations or contracts. Payment terms will be specified in the respective service agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by applicable law.
9. Delivery of Services
We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver services in accordance with agreed timelines. However, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or client dependencies will not constitute a breach of contract.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement. 13. Non-Hire and Non-Compete
During the term of the agreement and for a period of one year following its termination, the client agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, or engage any CamelWeb employee or subcontractor who has been involved in providing services to the client. Additionally, the client agrees not to engage in business activities that directly compete with the services provided by CamelWeb within the same market without prior written consent.
14. Limitation of Liability (Business Services)
Our liability for any claim arising out of the provision of services will be limited to the amount paid by the client for those services. This limitation does not apply to liability resulting from gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the provision of services will be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to mediation or arbitration as agreed by both parties.
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
19. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and CamelWeb concerning your use of our website and the provision of our services, superseding all previous agreements regarding your use of this website or business engagements.
